Mila, from Oakland Ca, is the founder of Sacred Alchemy Hypnotherapy, a Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Reiki I & II practitioner and metaphysical

enthusiast, dedicated to supporting women and families through subconscious healing, nervous-system regulation, ancestral wisdom and manifesting miracles.

Over the past several years, Mila has built and led multiple healing-centered ventures spanning the United States and Ghana, including wellness retreats, diaspora-focused cultural immersion programs, maternal-health initiatives, crisis/suicide intervention and transformational coaching experiences to women, men, families, creatives and entrepreneurs.
